Hi, I’m Eloise, and I’m the creator of Capybara Bakes. I have always loved baking, and after years of making things for my friends, family, colleagues and community I’m finally branching out and selling my bakes.
I live in Birmingham with my husband Gareth and our cats, Freddie and Ripley.
I have a regular market stall at the Harborne Market, every 3rd Saturday of the month.
